The scheme was one of the first to offer graduate opportunities within the marketing communications sector and has an enviable reputation in developing the next generation of high-calibre, entrepreneurial business leaders.
The breadth of the Chime Group means we attract the very best graduate talent who are looking to pursue careers in advertising, public relations, sports marketing, market research, corporate social responsibility and health communications.
If you have the passion, ambition and drive to become the best in the industry we can offer you the opportunity to join one of the leading graduate schemes. You will be supported throughout your 12 months with regular training, a campaign planning residential workshop and a ‘buddy’ as well as the opportunity to work on a pro bono charity project as a graduate group.
Each participating agency looks for candidates with the right skill set for their business and this is detailed in the application form.
Training is offered throughout the year on a diverse range of core agency skills ranging from time management, client handling, presentation skills and many more delivered by experts from across the business.
Campaign Planning Workshop – an intensive two day, residential workshop
where graduates work on a live client brief and present back to both the client and agency senior management.
A six month, team project where graduates identify a charity and then work
as a group, using their skills from across their different disciplines to deliver real added value for the charity.
Towards the end of the year each graduate will receive career guidance and discuss what potential opportunities there are within the Group going forward. All our graduates are paid a competitive salary and enjoy the benefits offered to all employees.
The deadline for applications is midnight, Sunday 8th January 2017.
Following this, short-listed candidates will be notified by Friday 27th January 2017.
Unfortunately, due to the high levels of interest we cannot respond to all applications so if you have not been notified by Friday 27th January 2017 you have not been shortlisted.
