Sue is a Special Adviser at Chime, a company that she originally joined in 2003 as Chairman of the Marketing Services Division.

Prior to joining Chime Sue held a number of senior marketing and communications positions, including; Director of Marketing BBC, Corporate Affairs Director of Thames Television and Director of Communications of Vauxhall Motors.

Sue holds a number of non-executive positions and currently serves on the Boards of Dairy Crest plc, BAT plc, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc and Accsys Technologies.

She was previously a Trustee of the Historic Royal Palaces and Chairman of both The Marketing Society and the Marketing Group of Great Britain. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the University of Bedford in 2011.
